For the sake of the animals
Animal welfare comes first.
In addition to a balanced diet, fully automated, permanent climate monitoring is the foundation for animal welfare in your mobile barn.
Animals that feel comfortable are healthier and produce a high and reliable laying output. That’s why we place the highest value on an optimal indoor climate in the mobile barn and keep the temperature, humidity and oxygen content at an ideal level.
At night, the target temperature in the mobile barn can be increased to create a pleasant environment for the laying hens’ resting phase.
The indoor temperature is always managed in relation to the outdoor temperature.
Regular shock ventilation at low temperatures has proven its worth in mobile barns and can be set automatically if desired.
Within a few minutes, the air is completely exchanged without a noticeable drop in temperature.
Spray cooling can also further improve the climate inside the mobile barn on very hot days.
All relevant data is recorded for later analysis. The required data can be accessed and parameters changed via the intuitive TOUCH housing computer as well as via a PC, mobile phone or tablet. If necessary, the Steiner team can remotely assist you to optimise your set-up. In addition, the data records are a valuable basis for the required reports to the responsible inspection bodies.
